| Description | Commercial Director, Nissens France Job Description • Workplace at Nissens France in Avon, south Paris, and in Toulouse. • Min 50 travel days per year. • Reporting directly to Area Director in HQ, Denmark • 10 direct reports • Directly responsible for all Commercial activities at Nissens France, including - Driving the organization and all its activities around the year - Managing on a daily basis the sales organization, its plans, activities and results - Stock management in own warehouse and consignment stocks - Pricing and negotiations with customers - Forecasting - Development of and support to the Sales staff • Development of Business Plan and Marketing plan • Leading the Sales and Cost Budget process, as well as the Marketing plan • Supervision of all administrative activities at Nissens France • Full P&L responsibilities for all Commercial activities at the daughter company Expectations • Reinforcement of the French organization • Lay ground for continuous improvement of customer service, logistics, market intelligence and proactive Marketing activities on French market. • Continued strong growth of the Market shares, Turnover and Profitability in the French daughter company Profile • Ambitious, result driven and proactive personality who rather sees the possibilities than the problems • Good leader; setting example, inspiring, energizing and creating confidence and security • Proven track record in delivering results and managing B2B activity. • Experience of responsibility position in a French commercial organization, as part of international organization • Excellent English, and many years experience in cross cultural environment • Clear advantage with experience in Automotive spare parts business • High education level, preferably in commercial and language |
