| Description | Fleet Synergy International is a joint venture between Athlon Car Lease International and Lloyds TSB Autolease, with each partner holding an equal share of control and providing strategic solutions through locally-based expertise. Established in 1971 and headquartered in Brussels, FSI has grown to a position where it is now operating in 31 countries throughout Europe, North and South America and including Australia and Japan. It has a combined fleet of 908,900 vehicles. The key services provided by FSI encompass global sales, marketing, account management and data consolidation. These services are provided to meet and exceed customer expectations. With a view to expanding its business, FSI is looking for a qualified professional with a proven track record of supporting complex accounts. International Account Manager (based at the Brussels headquarters) Build strategic goals with your clients Your prime objective will be to successfully manage and sustain the existing relationship with key international customers. You will draw up account plans and monitor their execution. You will support the international project teams. You will make frequent analyses of databases of relevant account management and business information, keeping the CRM up to date and regularly briefing FSI and local partners. Creativity and market insight are required to enhance current sales efficiency and effectiveness. Networking contacts with the FSI partners in the European countries will require frequent international travel. You will report directly to the Managing Director and work in close cooperation with International Customer Support, both located in Brussels. Put your leasing background into action You are educated to a high level and through your experience you already have a good insight into the commercial and operational aspects of vehicle leasing. You have a proven track record in managing large and complex accounts. You are able to manage customer relationships to optimal effect and have excellent communication with your internal partners. Your strong strategic and analytical thinking, accuracy, excellent planning and control abilities combine to bring you results. Customer meetings and developing contacts with the FSI partners will require frequent international travel of up to 35% of your time. You are fluent in English and possibly have knowledge of other European languages (German, French, Dutch) as testimony to your international experience. Why join Fleet Synergy International?
